Violin/Viola
We offer quality Violin and Viola lessons for all ages and levels. We use classical technique while incorporating Suzuki materials. Whether you are a complete beginner, or want to take your playing to the next level, we can help you become a better musician.
Piano
Playing piano is a solid foundation of your music education, from which you can easily expand to other instruments. Our teachers work with pianists of all ages and levels - from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced.
Voice
We offer Voice and Singing lessons for different musical styles, including opera, musical theater, jazz, etc. We use foundations of the Italian Bel Canto technique to improve your vocal skills and expand your range.
Music Theory
We offer fundamentals and advanced music theory as a separate class, as well as incorporating it into other classes. We will help you with AP High School music theory course and give you clear understanding and solid structure of this subject.
OBOE / ENGLISH HORN
The oboe has a uniquely different sound, capable of producing both powerful and delicate tones. Its voice is among the most beautiful of the woodwind family, standing out in the orchestra while also shining as a solo instrument.

While we offer set lesson times, we also offer make up lessons and flexibility in case your schedule requires it. We do our best to fit music into your busy lives!
We are using a wide variety of materials and teaching methods. We follow a structured approach that includes scales for technique, etudes for skill-building, repertoire for musical growth, and ensemble books for collaborative playing.
I have been at Advanced Music Academy to play violin and piano for 8 years and i have reached a proficient level of music playing. Ms. Irene Morden and Mr. Lapin have been great help to my success as a musician. I auditioned for the Alpharetta Symphony Youth Orchestra and got a high principal seating thanks to the help of these teachers. I greatly recommend this place and it isn’t something you will regret doing.
